Ground pipe ventilation
Ground pipe ventilation has a lot of benefits:
> Energy costs go down strongly
> The soiling of the pens and the emission of ammonia are reduced
> It creates a more stable climate in the stable (there is no difference in day or night temperature of the incoming air)
> There are no influences of the wind
> Higher production and reproduction results
> No relapse in performance in warm periods
> Less heat stress
> Higher feed intake in the summer
> Lower maximum ventilation and a higher minimum ventilation

In the winter the ground pipe ventilation heats up the air and in the summer it cools down the air.
